All events must conclude at the venue's closing time (11 PM Sun–Thu, 1 AM Fri–Sat). Minimum 2-hour duration applies.
Payment & Billing

Upon confirming your event booking, you will receive two separate invoices: Invoice #1 (Deposit) and Invoice #2 (Balance).

Payment Phase Timing Details
Deposit Within 3 business days of invoice 50% of total minimum spend. Due within 3 business days to confirm booking.
Remaining Balance Due by 5:00 PM EST,
8 days before the event		 Remaining 50% of total minimum spend, plus 22% service charge and sales tax (8.875%) calculated on the total minimum spend.
Day-of-Event Card Day of event Credit card kept on file via Square for overages beyond the minimum spend (only charged if applicable).
* All payments must be received by 5:00 PM EST on the designated due date.
Policies
Minimum Guests
20 guests
Maximum 21 seated · 25 standing
Age Policy
21+ only. Valid government-issued ID required for all guests.
Outside Cake / Décor
Permitted. Cake cutting fee: $15. No outside food or beverages. Confetti not permitted.
Event Timing
Flexible start times. Minimum 2-hour duration required. All events must conclude at venue closing time.
Cancellation Policy
  • 14+ days prior Full deposit refund.
  • 8–13 days prior Deposit is non-refundable (forfeited).
  • Under 8 days prior 50% of the total minimum spend will be charged.
  • Under 48 hours prior 100% of the total minimum spend will be charged.
  • Rescheduling Allowed up to 7 days before the event for a one-time date change (must be rebooked within 90 days). Deposit applied to the new date.
  • Refunds All refunds are subject to processing fees.
