Bartender

Role Overview:
Bartenders at Zoo Sindang are the alchemists behind our unique, zodiac-inspired cocktail experience. You will be responsible for crafting intricate, high-quality beverages while guiding guests through the mystical narratives of our menu. We are seeking passionate, skilled professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, immersive environment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve complex craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and a touch of theatrical flair.
  • Warmly engage with guests, providing detailed explanations of the zodiac cocktails, ingredients, and the stories behind them.
  • Maintain an immaculate and well-organized bar station before, during, and after service.
  • Accurately manage prep work, inventory, and restocking of bar ingredients.
  • Uphold Zoo Sindang’s high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and brand identity.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume, craft cocktail bartending.
  • Full-time or Part-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern mixology techniques.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling skills, and a positive team-player mentality.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure in a high-paced environment.

Hostess

Role Overview:
As a Hostess, you are the first impression and the gatekeeper to the mystical world of Zoo Sindang. You are responsible for welcoming guests, managing the flow of the room, and ensuring every visitor experiences gracious hospitality from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome all incoming guests, check in their reservations, and gracefully escort them to their assigned tables.
  • Effectively manage wait times, the door, and the reservation system, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and atmospheric front desk and entryway.
  • Assist guests with their belongings and ensure their entry experience is seamless.
  • Communicate in real-time with management and the floor team regarding seating updates, delays, or guest preferences.

Qualifications & Preferences

  • 3+ years of experience as a hostess in fine dining or high-end, fast-paced cocktail bars.
  • Full-time or Part-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Resy OS Proficiency: Deep familiarity and fluency with Resy OS reservation management software is highly preferred.
  • Cultural Understanding: A strong understanding of or affinity for Korean culture and hospitality traditions is highly preferred.
  • Polished personal appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
